Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed chicken, cooked
- 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add in the cooked spaghetti and butter. Combine and mix gently until the butter is melted.
2. Add in the mushrooms, chicken, tarragon leaves, celery, milk and salt. Stir well and transfer them into a casserole.
3. Cover and bake it for 40 minutes at 350°F (176°C).
4. Uncover and sprinkle in some grated parmesan cheese and bake for another 5 more minutes.
