Low Fat Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken
- 1 large package spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 slices no fat cheese
Instructions:
1. In a pot, boil the chicken first then debone and chop it into pieces. Don't throw away the chicken broth.
2. Preheat the skillet and add in the onion and bell pepper. Saute them until tender.
3. Add in the mushroom soup, chicken soup, green chilies and the chicken broth earlier. Let it simmer for a few minutes then add in the chicken pieces.
4. In a large baking dish sprayed with Pam, layer the chicken mixture and spaghetti and cover the top with slices of no fat cheese.
5. Bake it for 30 minutes at 350°F (176°C).
