Southern Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Instructions:


1. In a pot, add in the chicken and cook it. Bone the chicken and cut it into coarse pieces. Be sure to reserve 6 cups of chicken stock.


2. Preheat a skillet and add in the mushroom, onion and green pepper. Saute them and drained them but be sure to reserve the liquid.


3. In a pot, add in the mushroom liquid and chicken stock earlier together with the ripe olives. Add in the spaghetti and cook until tender.


4. Add in the chicken pieces, sauteed mixture, ripe olives, peas, celery salt, saly, black pepper and pimento.


5. Transfer everything into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with grated cheese.


6. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 325°F (162°C) then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.


7. Serve hot and enjoy!
